Andretti Indoor Karting & Games Buford

My husband and I visited on 11/04/23 it was packed with people, but fun. In my opinion the prices were a little high, but we wanted to experience it anyways. Most of the games are around 40 points or higher. We purchased a $20 play card, and had 500 points to use for gaming. The customer service was good. There are lots of games to play I would recommend.

My husband and I threw my daughter’s birthday party here this past weekend and it was AMAZING!!!! From the moment we stepped in the door, everything was taken care of, and they rolled out a concierge type service that is unmatched. They seamlessly checked in all of our guests (we had 20 kids plus each of their parents), personally had employees walk our guest as they arrived to our ballroom, had the food, helped assist with our event decorators, changed all the big screens to the football games for our parents, turned the music on, to what we would like to hear, personally escorted and took over all 20 kids while they got to race privately on the track, do a private laser tag experience, and do a private 3-D experience, brought the kids ice cream, helped assist with the cake cutting, made sure as parents could sit back be merry eat and drink, and do nothing but relax. If you are thinking about throwing a birthday party or any type of event here, do it, and it is worth every bit of the money because the event was seamless and expertly ran!!! Thank you to the team that helped me!!! Shaq, Taylor, Kamari, Dennis, Lennox, and anyone I missed, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! You and your team made this day so amazing!!!!!

Prices are way higher compared to Malibu in Norcross and Main event in Suwanee. Games also require alot of points to even play, so you don't play much. Claw machines all were scams. It loosely grabs the item and of course let's it go. We literally got a toy with every attempt, but it let it go every. Single. Time. Limited bowling alleys and more expensive than Main Event. Go Karting for kids 5 and younger have to go to the mario kart. While everyone else can go to the regular one. Staff in the front said mario Kart one can be driven until the child no longer wants to drive, but they girl supervising the karts gave my daughter 3 minutes. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. We came on August 29, Tuesday morning. Only 1 other family was there. Would not recommend nor will be back. Go to Malibu for go-Karting and Main Event for acarde games and bowling.

We had soooo much fun here. The arcade games are super exciting and immersing. I love the NERF shooting game and the rollercoaster VR ride was super realistic. Games are way more diverse and affordable compared to other arcades, and the best part is the fact that they are not stingy with the prizes. I’m not a huge fan of carting (or driving in general) but my husband loved it a lot and it was sure a great experience! As you can see, I won two giant cheep cheeps!!

Please read. I purchased three combo tickets online for my son and two of his friends to celebrate his upcoming 11th birthday. (Go kart, laser tag etc) However, when we arrived at the venue for the "race," we were informed that they could only race in the junior category due to their age of 10, even though they met the height requirement for the cars. Interestingly, my son had raced in the same location twice last year when he was 10 in the intermediate category. Unfortunately, the staff insisted on this rule, and my son didn't want to race in the junior category, which he found too slow. Despite our efforts at the front desk, they claimed there was nothing they could do. Thankfully, a supervisor eventually allowed us to use the virtual game. (I guess a exchange) I strongly believe that there should be consistency and clear age guidelines for each category, and I'm disappointed by the lack of this clarity at the venue. I used to recommend this place to friends with kids, but my experience has changed my opinion. Before visiting, I would advise others to ensure they have a clear understanding of the rules because the front desk staff seemed unable to offer much assistance. The lady we spoke to was not helpful at all. There are other option “main Event and others. No go karts there but little more helpful staff. I have to do an update. I followed the instructions from Andretti response. I sent an email to the person the mentioned few weeks ago and I have not received a response. Again confirmation of bad service.
